How PIPR will change the new property sales market in 2021

PIPR is a SAAS business in the #proptech and property sales market sector. We help our builder and developer clients solve their biggest problem 

– that problem is the scalability of their sales.

My name is Rich Evans and I am the founder and CEO of PIPR. Let me tell you why this is their biggest problem.

They have this problem because they have poor management systems for their stock control, agent management, and sales processing. Traditionally through a combination of spreadsheets, Dropbox links, whiteboards, emails and phone calls, is how your run-of-the-mill property business would operate.

This limits the amount of stock they can control. Which means the size of their agent network. In turn, limiting their sales potential and ultimately – their bottom line.

PIPR brings all of this information and process into one easy to use cloud-based portal. Meaning they can manage as much stock as they can source, through as many agents as they can find. Overall, leading to sales growth and exponential growth in the bottom line.

PIPR is the result of over 18 years of building bespoke systems for large companies in the building and construction industry.

In my previous company we were commissioned by these industry leaders to come into their business and understand their problems, develop technology solutions, tie it all in to their existing management systems and then sit back and watch their businesses grow.

Over an 18 year period we have seen over $8 billion worth of property transactions go through our platforms. We witnessed companies quadruple their sales with these systems in just 12 months.

These systems were expensive to build and expensive to maintain in the property sales market. It was good business but the issue we faced was that there are only a handful of clients like this in Australia. The vast majority of the building industry are companies doing 20-30 homes a year that could do 50-60. These mid-size building firms simply cannot afford that sort of investment in technology, and so in 2017 PIPR was born.

PIPR has an affordable setup fee.

We have an ongoing success fee that ranges from $500 – $200 per transaction depending on volume of transactions in any given month. This means that our clients only pay us if the system is working for them.

One way PIPR is growing is by adding more clients to our ecosystem. Thus steadily growing our revenue. However, another huge opportunity lies in the fact that as we grow, we have Australia’s largest live marketplace of new house & land stock. Our goal is to disrupt the industry by launching a live marketplace direct to the end-user.
