Infinity – is this best we can do?

Tribeca homes – Infinity

The last custom-built system we delivered was in 2014, to developer Tribeca Homes.

Tribeca has operations in both Sydney and Queensland, and we had been referred to them to assist with building a platform that would allow them to scale fast.

The Infinity system was the greatest creation we had developed until this point. We discovered a builder which had all the same issues we had seen in every other company we had worked with in the past. However, we had learnt that getting the problems from the people on the ground was the key to ensuring we built a system that truly changed their business.

Technology was Advancing Rapidly

And in 2014, smartphone market penetration was its only going up.

Ipads and tablets were becoming the new tools of the trade – not laptops, and so a system needed to be built that was responsive and took advantage of the “right now” culture that was developing.

This was where we began developing our customised alerts protocol. There were different actions in the system that needed to be reported to people, depending on what it was. Automation was the new buzzword and we were well placed to show people exactly what that looked like.

Integration with their workflow management system was complex and essential. we could fire processes as different things happened along the customer journey.

All our alerts from this system forward are customisable. So, a user can determine who should receive notice of system activities. Then, automated integrations can be set up with almost any external systems to ensure a seamless business system.

This was the first system we built where our dynamic PDF system could be integrated as a live tool.

Brochures are literally created on the fly from the live data – meaning marketing materials are never out of date.

So what happened for Tribeca when we launched their platform? They almost quadrupled their sales over a twelve-month period, and the system never skipped a beat.
